Reward increased to $10,000 for information leading to arrest

Hunt County Crime Stoppers Inc., was contacted last week by a private party, who wants to remain anonymous, expressed interest in donating $4,000.00 to increase the reward for information leading to the arrest of person(s) responsible in the shooting death of “Journey,” the service dog shot and killed on Jan. 13, 2018. 

This is the second large amount donated to Hunt County Crime Stoppers in less than a week and increases the reward to a total of up to $10,000 in this case. 

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Hunt County Crime Stoppers at 903-457-2929. All callers will remain anonymous.
