Texas A&M University-Commerce All-American tackle Jared Machorro has signed with the Indianapolis Colts, as announced by the Colts on Monday morning.

Machorro was signed as an undrafted free agent after participating in the Colts’ rookie mini-camp in Indianapolis.

Machorro was named to nine All-American teams at A&M-Commerce, including First Team All-American honors in the 2017 National Championship season from the American Football Coaches’ Association, Division II Conference Commissioners Association, D2Football.com, and Don Hansen’s Football Gazette, and Second Team All-American honors from the Associated Press.

The Lone Star Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year paved the way for the nation’s No. 2 passing offense on the way to the National Championship. The outstanding blocker was one of the nation’s top blockers, as the Lions allowed fewer than two sacks per game, while the offense dropped back to pass more than 45 times per game.
