Sherrie Lou Morrison, 70, of Campbell, passed away peacefully on June 8 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 12 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tony Morrison officiating. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, June 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Morrison was born on Nov. 20, 1947, in Killeen, Texas to Herman Sherwood Wells and Claudine Young. She married Jerry W. Morrison on April 19, 1968, in Las Alamedas, California. She owned an antique shop and was a member of First Baptist Church of Campbell.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Morrison; sons, Scott Monroe, David Morrison and Billy Morrison; brothers, David Frank and Quinton Frank; sisters, Arlene Smith and Karol Moody; grandchildren, Vance Monroe, Cyndal Monroe, Ashleigh Morrison, Caleb Monroe, Lauren Cantrell, Michael Monroe, Matthew Monroe and Mason Monroe; eight great-grandchildren and anticipating her new great-grandson in October.

She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Lee Monroe and her mother.

Pallbearers will be Dana Smith, Michael Monroe, Matthew Monroe, Wayne Cantrell, Joshua Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Jason Morrison, Eric Johnson, Raymond Middleton and Noah Middleton.
