He was born on August 10, 1944 to Victor and Patricia Kapple in Columbus, Kansas. Mike enjoyed spending time with his grankids, golfing, playing cards especially poker and phase 10. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and loved mowing on his new mower. Mike worked for L-3 for 48 years, and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his loving wife Fonda Kapple of 38 years; son, Jeffery Jaco and his wife Wendy;daughters, Jennifer Jaco, and Joanna Jaco Ingram; grandchildren, Tavis McDaniel, Taylor McDaniel, Tommy Shane Ingram, Madeline Ingram, Jacob Ingram, John Michael Montgomery, Jett Jaco, Seth Montgomery, Adam Montgomery, Huttson Jaco, and Jewel Jaco; sister, Debe Haddock and husband Gary; nieces and nephews, Jill Grant, Zach Haddock, and their families. Along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Lynch Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Lynch Funeral Home.
