A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle late Tuesday night, according to police reports.

On May 14, 2019, at 9:09 p.m., the Greenville Police Department received a report of an accident involving a pedestrian in the 4300 block of Wesley St. Upon arrival, officers discovered a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle remained on-scene and rendered aid to the pedestrian. The pedestrian, who suffered non-life threatening injuries, was transported to Hunt Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
The driver, who fully cooperated with the accident investigation, was not charged with any violation.
The investigation is open and no further information is available at this time.
